Shipping Information:
We will try to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, you will be informed of the expected shipping date. In some cases, out-of-stock items will be drop-shipped directly from one of our distributors.
We try to provide you with the lowest shipping cost possible. Orders are normally shipped using FedEx Ground-Home Delivery or USPS, within 48 continuous states, unless you request one of the faster shipping method with an additional charge. Alaska, and Hawaii orders will be shipped using lowest USPS shipping rate. If you wish to deliver your order(s) by using faster service other than FedEx Ground-Homeor USPS Delivery, please email shipping department for a shipping quote prior placing your order . Sorry, we do not ship international at this time.
Items that are too large or too heavy must be shipped through a freight company. We will contact you for the shipping quote prior to your order being processed or you can email or call us at (408)239-1018.

Payment: payments may be made by PayPal, Check, Cashier Check, or Money Order, sorry no COD. If you pay by check, please allow an extra 7 working days for your check to clear through our bank.
Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted on unopened / unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase, and only with prior authorization. Call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization and the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the box. Refunds will only be made on unopened / unused items. All returns must be shipped pre-paid and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Insurance and freight charges are non-refundable.
It is important that you inspect all freight carefully upon receipt. If, on the rare occasion, freight has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note the damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept, and notify us immediately. We wil promply ship replacement materials. If you accept damaged goods by signing for them, the claim for damage becomes your responsibility, and we are then unable to assist you in processing the claim.
If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately and follow the same return instructions above. However, if we receive the item back and it is checked over and tested and found not to be defective, it will be shipped back to you and you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
Please Note: We do not accept returns on the following items: " Special Order" items, medication products, or water treatment products.
